[Rave Heaven - (Viz Mix)]

well yeah

I'm not gonna say it's shit, it's actually fine, but this shouldn't be on the top spot, there's alot of lack in buildup and sound effects, and you probably just took the sounds off nexus and slapped on a melody with the MIDI you got from the internet then mixed it up, put the second buildup with a filter, here we go, done

I left this on, I LOVE it literally, nice creativity, i can imagine this:
0:00 to 0:30 I suspect my girl to have cheated on me, but I have no proof, just by the way she is talking, I can see it, though..
0:30 to 0:40 She's saying the phrase. She admits it. As soon as she starts her sentence, i can feel it..
0:40 to 1:03 I CANT STAND IT! she actually did.. OMG I'M SO MAD!!!!!!!!
1:03 to 1:13 I'm planning to beat his face up, I have a plan.. TO BLOW HIS ASS Up!
1:13 to 1:45 I run to school, because i know He is there, I run as fast as i can, with my hands harder than rock
1:45 to 1:55 I open the door of the school, I look around, I see his friends,
1:56 to 2:07 I see his face, anger EATS ME.. I WANT TO FUCK HIS FACE UP!!!!!!!
2:07 to 2:50 CRAZY FIGHT, punchs, kicks, anything.. Suddenly (2:50) hope is lost, he thrown me to the ground
And again (3:00 to 3:02 reversed reverb) I see my girl, and his smile, with his friend, him smiling, mine too... I can't stay on the ground, I HAVE TO FIGHT!

And until 3:38, fight again, till 3:34 where I get punched so hard, that I forget everything, sadly, I have noticed life can be hard like a brickwall

haha let myself go on that story! :P really nice song, I had nothing to say about the sound itself (mixing) so I hope this does it ! =)

This has a wicked mixing man... The melody is awesome and so are the drums.. nothing bad to say about it.. so this review is pretty much useless lol

And let me tell you this sounded quite damn good :p

But i think the kick release (around 30-60 hz) makes it so that when your beat repeats the kick it sound weaker the second time (listen to the kick only and youll see what i mean)

Since I've been pretty mean in my other review on one of your song, I tried to seek something that is good to review it, and that's it... A nice song overally but sounds are a bit thin, try mixing it more... maybe SOME notes are off too, but it doesn't matter dissonance is not resonance in this case! :P
The song is quite progressive, but it got old on some places.I liked the fill on 1:08 (which came back a few times too)

I still think you should add alot more instruments, buildup, effects and stuff, but you're probably learning so 5/10 for effort.. keep it up and whenever you want an honest review for a song, just PM me!

seriously loved the notes you used... i have to admit, on an objective point ofview , that the drum needs a re-touch(like most people said in their review) .. They sound a bit tiny compared to the background bass (which honestly gives the sound 90% of its action).. I can understand how you wanted it to get out more , but the bassdrum at least needs more 60-100 hz to it..
also on 1:04 when the big pad comes in, you NEED to cut on it.. its like 3-6khz going from -3 DB to -0.5 DB.. it also comes in challenge with the little egyptian lead that there have in the intro and make it almost impossible to ear

(dont take it too seriously, I never mixed DNB really well, so it might be me)

this is awful

I felt like I was slowly dieing of aids and something was eating me from the bottom of my feet to my head while listening to this.. this is awful there's absolutely no music it's just random pads and bass ... it felt like you took your program and added all presets together to make something cacophonic and retarded

well maybe my mind is not "open" enough.. Sorry if that offended you but I had to say what I felt.. I guess I just can't like all genre of music
(I'll still add you 5/10 cause I know you worked for this and it's job..)

Haha yeah I dig this but I think the bass is way too low you can't really ear the note is on.. try putting less filtering or add another bass ontop of it... hmm other than this well add some stress to the lead buildup like when you filter it but in the start when it goes from simple to more complicated
